Baked Oats

(Serves 2)
1 cup gf oats
1 grated pear (skin on)
1/2 grated apple (skin on)
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup nut milk
1 tsp baking soda
1 teaspoon honey
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 heaped tbsp vanilla vegan protein

Blend dry ingredients in blender until it forms a fine powder.

In a bowl, add dry mix, then add nut milk, honey, apple and pear and stir until a cake batter consistency is achieved.
Pour into ramekins and bake in moderate oven for 10-15 mins.
Top with coconut yoghurt and your fave fruit and enjoy!
